  • Offering remains the same, with the exception of mental health eligibility
  • New documents from AlieraCare will be made available to you
  • Combined documents will also be made available to you

SUPPLEMENTAL HEALTH

Effective June 1, 2018, AlieraCare Value, Plus and Premium will see a price increase for new members enrolled.

  • This small increase is also a value increase: mental health and access to all in-network lab facilities will now be available
  • This increase ONLY affects new members

  • ALIERACARE PLUS: Available at in-network out-patient facilities ($1,000 max after MSRA)
